"I thought my father was dying when I went to visit him in the hospital. As the minutes ticked slowly by, I became increasingly anxious about the time I was allotted to take off of work. When I called my employer to request more time, he said I had used all of it up for that whole year and wanted to know when I was returning to work. It was at that moment that the seed of massive change was planted in my life. In the course of the next few weeks when my father regained his health, I vowed that I would work hard and smart so that I would never be in that position again."

This exuberant Diamond Team Leader from Wilmot, Wisconsin, explains how he transformed his New Vision of life into an effective game plan.

"I sat down with my incredible wife Tania and told her that I was going to focus every spare moment on building my New Vision business until I worked my way out of my job. My first goal is to achieve the monthly income that would allow her to quit her job and become a full-time mom. We reinforce this by explaining our dreams to our kids - Maggie, Nicole, John and Nick - and putting up a countdown calendar so they can see how much closer our family is to that goal every day. My second goal is to replace my salary within two years so I can work from home and be there for my family whenever they need me. As these goals get closer and closer, I get so excited and want to do more!"

The veteran medical health professional achieved one of his other goals when he spoke before a huge crowd at New Vision's 10th Anniversary Annual Convention. Anyone who had the privilege to hear this dynamo speak will tell you, he rocked the house with a passion.
