Consumer Retail Profits
The Consumer Retail Profits is
the difference between the
Consumer price and the Member
price and pays to the Enroller
of record.
Retail Rebate
Qualified Team Members who
personally purchase over 300
Qualifying Volume (QV) in a
volume period, will receive 20%
on all the Commissionable Volume
(CV) that exceeds the 300 QV
cap.
Consumer Bonus
The Consumer Bonus pays 50% of
the Commissionable Volume on a
Consumers’ (CDP 1 only) first
order, to the qualified Enroller
of record. The Consumer must be
enrolled within the Enrollers
six active levels in order for
the Consumer Bonus to pay out.
MyPay Bonus
This bonus is designed to reward
Team Members who participate in
the Autoship Advantage program.
Each time a Royalty Override
qualified Team Member, who is a
minimum monthly 40 QV Autoship
subscriber, enrolled a new Team
Member or Consumer into their
organization, prior to January
1, 2002, and that new Team
Member enrolled into the
Autoship program, the enroller
may be eligible to receive a 16%
MyPay Bonus on the CV of each
months Autoship order. The
balance of the eligible payout
will be apportioned accordingly
to Royalty Override and Diamond
Bonuses.
MyPay Plus Bonus
Qualified Enrollers may be
eligible to earn 20% on the
Commissionable Volume (CV) up to
300 (QV) on all personally
enrolled Team Members, through
all levels of business.
Royalty Override Bonus
The Royalty Override Bonus
allows you to get paid up to 6
active levels of your downline.
The number of levels a Team
Member gets paid will depend
upon the rank the Member
qualifies at each month.
Dynamic Compression for
Royalty Override
Dynamic Compression for Royalty
Override pays out when a
specific pay level has an
unqualified Team Member for that
level, the payout will find the
first qualified upline Team
Member to receive that specific
pay level.
Diamond Bonus
The Diamond Bonus pays out to
qualified Diamond Team Leaders
and above. The payout is 2% and
is paid on the Diamonds entire
group Paid on Volume (POV).

Dynamic Compression for Diamond
Bonus pays out when a Diamond or
above is at a Diamond level in
which they are not qualified to
earn. The payout finds the first
qualified upline Diamond or
above to earn that specific
Diamond Bonus pay level.
Top Producers Bonus (Top
25)
This bonus pays to the Top 25
qualified enrollers who have
enrolled the most volume in a
month.
Top Producers Bonus
(Weighted Share)
This bonus pays to all qualified
Top Producer participants. This
bonus pays out in the form of a
share. Your share is determined
by the amount of new volume the
qualified Team Member enrolls.
Performance Bonus
To earn the Performance Bonus, a
Team Member must purchase a
Leadership Pack. Once a Team
Member has purchased the
Leadership Pack, that Member can
earn the Performance Bonus by
either enrolling a Team Member,
who in turn purchases a
Leadership Pack and/or earn the
Performance Bonus on those
downline Members who in turn
purchase the Leadership Pack.
Rank Advancement Credit
(RAC)
The Rank Advancement Credit
allows the Enroller of Record to
use Team Member volume that was
enrolled outside the Enroller’s
six active levels towards the
total Group Volume requirement
for the sole purpose of rank
advancement and/or rank
qualification. Consumer volume
does not count towards the RAC.
Consultant Bonus
New Vision rewards Members who
are working the Spa Essentials
Plan through the 35% Consultant
Bonus. Qualified consultants
(qualifications are the same as
a Team Member – please see page
6 for more information) are
eligible to earn 35% of the
total CV from the parties at
which they consulted.
Training Bonus
To Reward upline leaders who are
helping train their downlines to
work the Spa Essentials Plan. As
a qualified Diamond (or above),
you can earn 3% on your own
Diamond Group Volume as well on
the Diamond Group Volume (DGV)
of qualified Diamond Team
Leaders (or above) in your first
two levels. Dynamic Compression
maximizes the payout.
Conversion Bonus
In addition to the bonuses
listed above, the Consultant can
earn a Conversion Bonus. Those
who attend a party and place an
order are assigned a "guest"
status. As a guest, they are not
tied to the Consultant. Thus,
Consultants are encouraged to
follow up with guests for repeat
orders and conversion to
Consumer or Member status. As an
extra incentive to convert party
guests to Consumers or Members,
the Conversion Bonus will pay
out 50% of the CV on the first
regular order of any Consumer or
Member who converts from guest
status within 90 days of their
initial party order. Subsequent
orders pay out according to the
traditional New Vision plan.
This bonus is funded through
upline royalties.
Top Party Producer's
Bonus
Each month a percentage of party
sales will be set aside to
reward the top party producers
who have personally consulted at
a minimum of one party with $200
USD total party sales.* The top
25 producers (based on total
party sales) earn a fixed amount
from $1,500 USD to $100 USD plus
a prorated share. The top three
producers, for example, earn
$1,500 USD, $750 USD, and $375
USD respectively. Those that do
not rank in the top 25 will earn
their prorated share of the
total. The prorated share is
determined by total monthly
party sales.
*$200 USD party sales before tax
and shipping.
Enroller Bonus
As of June 1, 2004 a qualified
Enroller may be eligible to earn
3% on the Commissionable Volume
on any Spa Party orders; this is
in addition to any Spa
Essentials Bonuses.
Profit Sharing Bonus
This bonus will pay quarterly to
qualified Double Platinum's and
higher. The payout will be in
the form of a share. A specific
percent is set aside for each
rank. In order to qualify to
receive a half share, a Team
Member must qualify at their
rank (Double Platinum or higher)
two out of the three months. To
receive a full share, the Team
Member must qualify at their
rank all three months of the
quarter.
